Are You Enjoying Life?

 I am writing this entry today for the Say it On Saturday feature at Write Anything and I really like this quote on their site, “You call yourself a writer? Prove it.” I don’t know if I will have proven anything by writing this today: But I have had a lot fun participating in this feature in the past so here goes!

Are You Enjoying Life?

No I am not talking about the happy times when you are feeling good and everything seems to be going your way. I am talking about every day of your life… Are you accomplishing your hearts desire and living your dreams today? I have heard it said that our goal in life should be to archive happiness and by reaching that goal we will enjoy life. Some people think that by obtaining good health, wealth and peace of mind that it will bring them happiness: Is that really true?

How can anyone really enjoy life and be happy when there are so many tragic things happening in the world every day? Happiness comes from within it is the feeling that we have done all we can To make the World a Better Place for every living thing that is on plant earth. Can a person be happy with out love? I don’t believe enjoying life can be achieved without love for one another and the contentment and happiness that it makes us feel.

There are so many things that take away our joy and happiness in this world for example: The things that divide us! Things like Religion, Politics, Race, Money, Oil, Beliefs and the list goes on and on, but should these things take away our enjoyment in life? I don’t think they should! The government and the political campaigns for president are going to divide us, we have Republican versus Democrat, Black versus White, Male versus Female and the differences between each and every one of us.

I really appreciate Write Anything for giving me the opportunity to speak my mind here today. I would love to hear what you have to say about anything I have said in my writing today. Maybe you have something else on your mind today? Say it on Saturday is a great place to share your thoughts; I will be listening!

WordPress Blog

  I have signed up for a WordPress Blog because of Say it on Saturday at Write Anything. Karen’s  article: A Call for Writers says I need to send her an Email so I am going to do that because I really like the feature. There’s just something about being published on someone else’s site that I find exciting. Not because I think that it makes me a writer mind you, but I do feel like I am Expressing Myself to the world.

I have become accustomed to saying this about me being a writer, “I consider myself a writer only by default: Because I am writing this and you are reading it, then I guess that makes me a writer.” I have in the past also proclaimed: Today I am a Writer! Only to find myself humbled by the great writers in the world today and in the past, but I am not quitting trying to learn how to write, either.

I haven’t received my Email conformation from WordPress yet so I can’t really send Karen the Email, I guess, until my WordPress account has been finalized. To tell you the truth I am surprised that the Write Anything site lets me publish anything on their page. I have posted these previous posts: Say It On Saturday! My mere Façade and My Anniversary of The Secret! I thought that there were more, but I can’t find them or remember, so that will have to do.

When Karen said, “Thank You” I just wanted to say, “You’re more than Welcome!” and I can’t Thank all of the writers at the Write Anything site enough: For their dedication to the art of writing, and for helping me in my quest to learn how to write!
